Borrower Reports & Downloads
Borrowers who receive financing from the Region XII Development Corporation Economic Development Revolving Loan Program are required to provide periodic reports and other information to Region XII in order to satisfy Federal Requirements. These forms are provided to borrowers at the time of loan closing but can also be downloaded below.
Region XII Development Corporation also services loans for the Chamber & Development Council (CDC) of Crawford County’s RBEG Revolving Loan Program. Required forms for borrowers from that program are also available for download below.
